Illustrating Wreaths - 8/26/17 - San Francisco

Wreaths are more than just pretty faces.  They add a very special touch to personalized heirloom items, particularly monograms, which can be utilized in so many ways.  They are also quite relaxing to draw, and can be delightfully unique in style.  Join me for a morning of learning how to illustrate a variety of wreaths using my favorite tools:  Micron pens and dip pens with ink.  We'll explore the unique effect that each tool produces, as well as learn techniques that will produce both a fresh, clean look and a worn, antiqued look.

You do not need previous experience.  Classes are limited in size to allow for hands-on, one-on-one learning experiences.

What to Bring:  Your favorite sketching pencils, erasers, a sketch pad (9"x12" or similar size), and a ruler.  I will supply sheets of drawing/layout paper, pens, nibs and ink.

Date & Time: Saturday, August 26, 9:30-12:30

Location: Fort Mason Center, 2 Marina Boulevard, San Francisco (details and instructions will be emailed closer to the date)
